心理弹性训练在医学院大学生心理危机干预中的应用

Application of Psychological Resilience Training in College Students’ Psychological Crisis Intervention

目的:了解心理弹性训练对提高医学生心理素质的效果,为医学生心理健康培训提供参考。方法:选择广东某医学院医学生共42 名,分为实验组(n=21)和对照组(n=21),对照组不采取心理训练,实验组进行心理弹性团体训练。量表选用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和心理弹性量表(CD-RISC),分别进行前后测量收集数据。结果:对照组在前后测中,症状自评量表的各个因子不存在显著性差异(P>0.01);实验组在前后测中,其中人际关系敏感因子、焦虑因子、抑郁因子、敌对因子、强迫症状因子、偏执因子等6 个因子比干预前低(P<0.01);实验组干预前后心理弹性有显著差异(P<0.01),对照组干预前后心理弹性改变不显著(P>0.01)。结论:医学生采用心理弹性的团体训练可以有效地增强其心理健康程度,是一种高校心理危机的有效干预方法。

Objective: To understand the effect of psychological resilience training on improving the psychological quality of medical students, and to provide reference for medical students' psychological health training. Methods: A total of 42 medical students from a medical college in Guangdong were selected and divided into experimental group (n=21) and control group (n=21). Psychological training was not carried out for the control group, while psychological resilience group training was conducted for the experimental group. The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were used to measure the data collected before and after the experiment. Results: There were no significant differences (P>0.01) in the factors of the Symptom Checklist before and after the experiment in the control group;in the experimental group, the sensitivity factor, anxiety factor, depression factor, hostile factor, obsessive- compulsive factor and paranoid factor of interpersonal relationship were lower (P<0.01) than those before the intervention;there were significant differences (P<0.01) in psychological resilience before and after the intervention in the experimental group, and the change in psychological resilience before and after the intervention in the control group was not significant (P>0.01). Conclusion: Psychological resilience group training can effectively enhance the psychological health of medical students, so it is an effective method for college psychological crisis intervention.
