高校经济管理类专业与法学专业的经济法课程比较及教学模式改革

The Course Comparison and Teaching Mode Reform of Economic Law between Economic Management Specialty and Law Specialty in Colleges and Universities

经济管理类专业和法学专业的经济法课程既有共同之处又有差异,二者的培养目标、授课对象、课程范围、师资力量、教学模式和教材需求等方面存在较大差异。通过类比方式分析,凸显经济管理类专业的经济法课程的特殊性,并结合师范院校的特点,力图构建适应经济管理类专业发展的经济法课程教学模式。

The economic law courses of economic management major and law major have both similarities and differences, and there are great differences in their training objectives, teaching objects, curriculum scope, teacher strength, teaching mode and teaching material demand. Through the analysis of analogy, in order to highlight the particularity of the economic law course of economic management specialty, and combined with the characteristics of normal colleges and universities, this paper tries to construct the teaching mode of economic law course to meet the needs of economic management specialty.
