摘要
国家层面的学科课程标准只规定与陈述了学段目标或主题目标,具有很强的概括性,为了指导教师在教学过程中更好地落实课程标准、科学地展开教学评价,设置每个学科的学业标准很有必要。首都义务教育阶段学业标准项目组吸纳国外大型测评项目以及国内研究的成果与经验,设计了北京义务教育阶段13个学科的学业标准。以初中历史学科为例,文章介绍了学科学业标准的评价框架、内容标准、学业成就水平描述、评价方式、评价样题、教学设计及评价示例的内容与特点。北京的经验启示我们:在设计与应用义务教育阶段学业标准的过程中要有国际视野,注重汲取国外先进的教育与测量理论,探索本土化的学业标准;要依据学业标准指导教师开展课堂教学,把控课堂教学质量,减轻学生负担;要关注中国学生发展核心素养的渗透、承载与落实。
National-level subject curriculum standards only stipulate and state the subject segment or the theme goals,which is highly generalized. In order to guide teachers to better implement curriculumstandards in the teaching process and scientifically conduct teaching evaluations,it is necessary to set academic standards for each subject. The academic standards project teamof the compulsory education stage designed the academic standards of 13 disciplines in the compulsory education stage in Beijing after absorbing the large-scale foreign evaluation projects and the domestic research results and experience. Taking history as an example,the article introduces the evaluation framework,content standards,academic achievement level description,evaluation methods,evaluation sample questions and the content and characteristics of teaching evaluation examples. The experience of Beijing reveals that we must have an international perspective in the process of designing and applying the academic standards of compulsory education,paying attention to the advanced foreign education and measurement theory, exploring the localized academic standards;guiding teachers to carry out classroom teaching based on academic standards;controlling the quality of classroomteaching and reducing the burden on students;paying attention to the penetration,bearing and implementation of the core literacy of Chinese students.
