摘要
原有的在锅炉和热处理炉上试用的卧式旋风燃烧器,是将风、煤混合物直接喷入燃烧室在旋风中燃烧,但经常发生跑火、漏风等故障。为此,将这种卧式旋风燃烧改进为立式悬浮环流垂线燃烧。成功设计了多功能洁净火焰发生器,包括进、出火口和燃烧室的计算和参数选定,钝体和一、二、三次风管的计算和参数选定,进风机、引风机和水泵参数的选定,悬浮除渣腔展开长度的计算等。新设计的火焰发生器消除了卧式切线进风式火焰发生器结渣、积灰及排渣不畅等缺陷,具有安全、环保和节能等特点。
In original horizontal cyclone burner that has been trial-used in boiler and heat treatment furnace,aircoal mixture is directly sprayed into burning chamber and fired in high-speed cyclone,however,faults such as fire escaping and air leakage frequently occurred.For this reason,an improvement that the horizontal cyclone burning is changed into vertical floating recirculating burning was accomplished,and a multi-purpose clean flame generator was successfully designed,including calculation of flame inlet,flame outlet,and burning chamber and selection of their parameters,calculation of obtuse body,and primary,secondary and tertiary air-pipes and selection of their parameters,selection of parameters for air-intaking and air-guiding fans and water pumper,calculation of developed length of suspension deslagging chamber,etc.The newly designed flame generator had no such disadvantages as slag-bonding,dust deposition,impeded deslagging and so on which occurred in the horizontal tangent incoming air burner,being safe,environmentally-friendly,and energy saving.
