退火温度对TC2钛合金板材的组织和硬度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对TC2钛合金板材分别在650℃、680℃、710℃和740℃进行了退火处理,检测了退火后板材的显微组织和硬度。结果表明:随着退火温度的升高,TC2合金板材中α相首先溶入β相,再从β相中析出;680℃退火的板材,微观组织发生明显变化,大量α相溶入基体,只存在少量α相片层。随着退火温度的升高,板材硬度先降低后升高,650℃退火的板材硬度最高,710℃退火的最低,但硬度变化的幅度不大。 TC2 titanium alloy sheets were annealed at 65 ℃,680 ℃,710 ℃ and 740 ℃,respectively,and then tested for microstructure and hardness.The results show that as annealing temperatures increased,α-phase firstly dissolved in β-phase,then precipitated from the β-phase in the TC2 alloy sheet,and that microstructure changed obviously to the point where a large amount of a-phase dissolved in the matrix,and,as a result,a small amount of lamellar a-phase persisted in the sheet annealed at 680 ℃.Furthermore,hardness of the sheet firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of annealing temperatures,and the hardnesses were the higheast for the sheet annealed at 650 ℃,and the loweast for the sheet annealed at 710 ℃,but the change in the hardness was less obvious.
