测量不确定度包含如下影响测量精度的分量:被测量对象,测量设备,标准物质测量,测量方法和测量人员等。简述了采用直读光电光谱法检测不锈钢中镍含量的A类和B类不确定度的评定,前者被检测样品的不确定度,后者为标准物质测量引起的不确定度。
The uncertainty in measuring involves following components influencing measuring accuracy:object measured,measuring equipment,measurement of standard matter,measuring methods,operator,etc.Evaluations of the uncertainties developed in detecting nickel content in stainless steel were briefly described,including class A uncertainty which is one of specimen detected,and class B which is one derived from measurement of standard matter.
