创新导向的高校学术生态治理:结构要素与实践路径

Innovation-oriented academic ecological governance in universities: structural elements and practical paths

学术创新是高校学术治理的根本目的,是学术治理的价值导向,并引领学术治理的基本领域。为实现学术创新,高校需要建立良好的学术生态,更要深层次地厘清学术创新、学术生态与学术治理之间“三位一体”的逻辑关系。然而,目前高校的学术治理研究过分关注规范性的治理手段、程序性的治理过程,忽视了学术治理的根本目的在于实现学术创新。因此,我们应将作为创新主体核心的高校纳入国家创新体系,坚持以创新为导向的高校学术生态治理,回应国家创新驱动发展战略对于实现全面创新的需求;以创造力的社会文化模型为基础,构建3C3P生态模型,以其中的六大创新结构要素为生长点,进而探索创新导向的高校学术生态治理实践路径。

Academic innovation is the fundamental purpose of academic governance in universities and the value orientation of academic governance,and guides the basic field of academic governance.In order to achieve academic innovation,universities need to establish an excellent academic ecology,and clarify the "trinity" relationship of academic innovation,academic ecology and academic governance at a deeper level.In the current academic governance research in universities,too much attention is paid to normative governance methods and procedural governance processes,ignoring a fact that the fundamental purpose of academic governance is to achieve academic innovation.Therefore,as the core of the innovation subject,universities should be incorporated into the national innovation system,adhere to the innovation-oriented academic ecological governance,and respond to the national innovation-driven development strategy to achieve innovation in all fields.Based on the creative social and cultural model,we should construct the 3C3P ecological model,and take six innovative structural elements as growth points to explore the innovation-oriented practical paths of academic ecological governance in universities.
