摘要
国际化已成为高等教育发展的重要趋势,高等教育国际化能力的评价对我国高等教育国际化的发展有重要意义。在明确高等教育国际化能力评价指标体系构建原则的基础上,本研究通过理论研究、小组讨论和专家咨询,以逻辑模型及国际化周期模型为理论依据,构建了高等教育国际化能力综合评价指标体系(包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标和24个三级指标),并运用网络分析法和因子分析法确定了各级指标的权重,以期为我国高等教育国际化能力的评价提供理论支持与决策依据。
Internationalization has been an important trend for higher education development.The assessment of higher education internationalization competence is significant for higher education internationalization in China.Based on construction principles of the assessment indicator set of higher education internationalization competence,the paper established an assessment indicator set of higher education internationalization competence through theoretical research,group discussion and expert consultation.On the basis of logic models and internationalization cycle models,the assessment indicator set involves three first-level indexes,nine second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.It also identified the respective weight for each-level indexes with ANP and factor analysis to provide theory support and decision-making basis for the assessment of higher education internationalization competence.
