高职学生需要何种创业榜样?——基于学生视角的质性分析 被引量:5

What kind of entrepreneurship role models do higher vocational students need: a qualitative analysis from the student perspective

摘要 本研究基于学生视角,运用扎根理论方法构建了高职学生的创业榜样模型,并探究了高职学生所需创业榜样的特征。研究发现,榜样身份、榜样成就和榜样人格是高职学生所需创业榜样特征的三个核心维度,具体而言,资源禀赋相似且趋向于年轻化、企业规模适切且发展前景广阔、创业经验丰富与人格品质并重是高职学生最为关注的创业榜样特征。因此,高职院校在创业教育过程中应注重选择适切的创业榜样,加强与创业榜样所在企业的协同合作,同时渗透创业人格培养,不断提升高职院校创业教育的有效性。 Based on the perspective of students,this study constructs entrepreneurship role models for higher vocational students by using the grounded theory,and explores characteristics of entrepreneurship role models required by higher vocational students.The study finds that entrepreneurial role models' identity,achievement and personality are three core dimensions for higher vocational students.Specifically,higher vocational students are most concerned about the following three points:similar resource endowment and tending to be younger,the appropriate size of enterprises and broad prospects for development,diverse entrepreneurial experience and personality quality.Based on this,in the process of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,we should choose appropriate entrepreneurial role models,strengthen cooperation with companies of entrepreneurial role models,and infiltrate entrepreneurial personality training to enhance the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
