Analysis and Treatment of Broken Shaft Accident of Boiler Fan Motor in a Thermal Power Plant

在热电厂锅炉生产中,风机是十分重要的辅助设备,一旦风机发生故障,对电厂安全生产造成严重影响。风机电机断轴故障是电机故障的一种,针对热电厂锅炉风机电机断轴事故的原因进行分析,并提出事故处理措施。

In the production of boilers in thermal power plants,fans are very important auxiliary equipment,once the fan fails,it will have a serious impact on the safe production of power plants. Broken shaft fault of fan motor is one of motor faults. In this paper the cause of shaft breakage accident of boiler fan motor in thermal power plant is studied and analyzed.
