摘要 通过生命周期评价法对晶体硅太阳能电池的环境影响进行了产业层面评估,从组成晶体硅太阳能电池的4个器件单元及11个工艺单元入手,收集其生产过程中的资源能源消耗量与污染物排放量数据并通过整合处理生成产品生命周期数据清单,进而通过表格与图将这些数据可视化并分析晶体硅太阳能电池产业的生命周期环境影响,从而量化研究了产业的环境负荷并讨论了降低产业的环境负荷的可行方式。 Using life cycle assessment, this report evaluates the environmental impact of crystalline silicon solar cells at an industrial level. Starting from 4 basic production units and 11 technique processes that make up crystalline silicon solar cell industry, the data of resource and energy consumption and pollutant emission in the production process were assembled accordingly and processed to carry out a data base of crystalline silicon solar cell industry. With the data base, the crystalline silicon solar cell industry’s life cycle impact on the environment was visualized and then discussed.
