摘要
本文通过将3种不同PP和乙烯辛烯共聚物(POE)在挤出机中共混得出POE相态为“大球型”、“小球型”、“高度拉伸型”的3中PP共混物,研究了三种不同3中不同相态的共混物的熔体强度、发泡后的泡孔形貌、泡孔分布以及发泡后的减重性能等,POE相态为“小球型”的PP聚合物具有更好的综合性能。
In this paper, 3 kinds of PP and ethylene octene copolymer (POE) were blended in an extruder to obtain 3 PPblends with POE phase of “large ball type”,“small ball type” and “highly stretch type”. Three different phases were studied by melt strength, the foam morphology after foaming, the cell distribution and the weight loss performance after foaming. The POE phase was Small ball type PP polymer has better overall performance.
