摘要
苯乙烯产品极容易聚合,造成相关安全和质量事故。本文介绍了一种苯乙烯储运系统保冷量的计算思路,详细分析和计算各种影响因素所造成的冷量损失,为冷换设备计算提供必要工艺参数,为配套的冷冻系统提供了冷负荷和冷冻循环量。
Styrene products are extremely easy to polymerize, resulting in safety and quality accidents. This paper introduces the calculation method of cooling capacity of styrene storage and transportation system, analyzes and calculates the loss of cooling capacity caused by various influencing factors in detail, provides necessary process parameters for the calculation of cooling and exchange equipment, and provides cooling load and cooling cycle capacity for the supporting refrigeration system.
