摘要
金属前处理环保产品目前主要以纳米陶瓷转化技术、硅烷处理技术、稀土转化膜技术等为主,其中,应用最广的是纳米陶瓷转化技术和硅烷处理技术。本文综合阐述了金属涂装前处理环保产品的技术现状,展望了今后涂装前处理环保产品的发展趋势。
Metal pretreatment environmental protection products are mainly based on nano ceramic conversion technology, silane treatment technology and rare earth conversion film technology. Nanoceramic conversion and silane treatment are the most widely used pretreatment techniques. This paper reviews the technical status of environmentally friendly products before metal coating, and predicts the development trend of environmentally friendly products before painting.
