摘要 随着日常生活水平的不断提高,肥胖逐渐成为人们面临的主要健康问题之一,但是减肥类保健食品中非法添加的化学药品会对人体健康产生损害。本文介绍了红外光谱法、液相色谱法、核磁共振法以及离子迁移谱法等减肥保健食品中非法添加物的检测方法,以促进检测方法的完善和相关标准的提高。 With the improvement of the level of daily life, obesity has gradually become one of the main health problems that people are facing. However, illegally added chemicals in weight-loss health food will cause harm to human health. In order to improve the detection methods and related standards, the methods of infrared spectroscopy (IR), liquid chromatography (LC), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) were introduced in this paper.
