黑臭河道治理技术的探讨及应用

Discussion and Application of Black-odor River Treatment Technology

本文分析和总结了我国河道的治理历程、技术措施及治理困境,并以实际工程为例,通过对黑臭河道的研究分析,提出了河道的治理技术方案。黑臭河道的治理在适应当地自然条件的基础上应以生态为核心治理理念,采用多种生态手段相结合,提高河流净化能力,达到改善河流水质的目标。

The governance process,technical measures and governance dilemmas of rivers in China was analyzed and summarized. Taking the actual project as an example, through the research and analysis of the black-odor river, the technical scheme of the river management is proposed. On the basis of adapting to local natural conditions, the treatment of black-odor river should take ecology as the core concept, combine various ecological means to improve purification ability and achieve the goal of improving river water quality.
