Analysis of Test Scores and Paper Quality in Final Examination of Physiology in Forensic Medicine

目的:为了解生理学试卷质量和课程学习情况,进一步提高教学效果,对昆明医科大学2016级法医学专业生理学期末考试成绩和试卷质量进行分析。方法:运用教育测量学原理和方法对试卷成绩、难度、区分度、信度、效度进行评价。结果:2016级法医学专业生理学期末考试成绩呈负偏态分布,总体分数偏高,平均成绩68.48分,标准差12.00;试卷总体平均难度系数0.68;试卷平均区分度0.28;试卷信度0.82;各题型得分与总分相关系数分别为0.85、0.50、0.70、0.62、0.72。结论:2016级法医学专业生理学期末考试成绩分布基本合理,难度适中,区分度一般,信度和效度良好,考试成绩真实可靠。

Objective: In order to understand the quality of examination papers and students’ learning situation, and further improve the teaching effect of physiology, the final examination results and the quality of examination papers for physiology of forensic medicine in Kunming Medical University in class 2016 were analyzed. Methods: The principles and methods of educational measurement were used to evaluate the scores, difficulty, discrimination, reliability and validity of the test papers. Results: The final examination scores of forensic medicine in 2016 showed negative skewness distribution, the overall score was higher, the average score was 68.48 points, the standard deviation was 12.00;the overall average difficulty coefficient was 0.68;the average discrimination degree was 0.28;the reliability of the examination paper was 0.82;the correlation coefficients between the scores of each type and the total score were 0.85, 0.50, 0.70, 0.62 and 0.72, respectively. Conclusion: The final examination results of physiology for forensic medicine of class 2016 were basically reasonable in distribution, moderate in difficulty, general in discrimination, good in reliability and validity, and reliable in examination results.
