地方应用型高校科研项目一站式管理OA平台构建初探——以厦门理工学院为例

Construction of One-stop Management OA Platform for Scientific Research Projects in a Local Applied University——Take Xiamen University of Technology as an Example

一个良好的数据管理系统,不仅可以将科研管理工作人员从繁重的体力劳动中解脱出来,而且可以系统的管理好一个学校的科研工作情况。随着信息技术与互联网的协同发展,办公自动化(OA)脱颖而出,建设OA平台成为高校管理的重要议题之一。本研究以厦门理工学院为研究对象,构建一个科研项目一站式管理OA平台,该平台在一定程度上提高该校科研项目管理的效率。

A good data management system can not only make the scientific management staff break away from the heavy physical labor, but also systematically manage the scientific research work of a school. With the coordinated development of information technology and the Internet, office automation (OA), building an OA platform has become one of the important topics. In this research, we took Xiamen University of Technology as a pilot to build a one-stop management OA platform for scientific research projects. To a certain extent, this platform could improve the efficiency of the school's scientific research project management.
