摘要
目的探究不同配方的苯扎氯铵消毒剂其抗菌性能的差异。方法本文以7种苯扎氯铵消毒剂为研究对象,采用肉汤稀释法分别对5种受试菌进行抗菌试验,测定每种苯扎氯铵消毒剂的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果苯扎氯铵单方消毒剂中以C12-BAC的抗菌效果最佳;苯扎氯铵复方消毒剂则以C12-BAC和C14-BAC总含量不少于70%的配方抗菌效果为佳。结论苯扎氯铵消毒剂具有良好的抗菌性能。
Objective To explore the difference in antibacterial properties of different formulations of benzalkonium chloride disinfectant. Methods Seven kinds of benzalkonium chloride disinfectants were used as the research objects. The broth dilution method was used to test the antimicrobial activity of five tested bacteria, and the minimum bacteriostatic concentration and the minimum bactericidal concentration of each kind of benzalkonium chloride disinfectant were determined. Results The antibacterial effect of C12-BAC in the disinfectant of benzalkonium chloride is the best. And the compound disinfectant of benzalkonium chloride had the best antimicrobial effect with the total content of C12-BAC and C14-BAC not less than 70 %.
