摘要
选择合适的聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚乙烯(PE)、马来酸酐接枝相容剂和增韧剂MBS,通过熔融共混工艺,制备PC/PE材料。研究了添加不同种类与不同份量的PE,以及添加不同份量的MBS对PC/PE材料的力学性能和耐溶剂性能的影响。结果表明添加PE能改善材料的耐溶剂性能,但会降低材料的力学性能和耐热性;提高MBS的添加量,能改善材料的耐溶剂性能。
Polycarbonate (PC)/polyethylene (PE) alloy was prepared by melting blend of PC, PE, toughening agent (Methyl methacrylate-Butadiene-Styrene MBS) and compatilizer maleic anhydride grafted PE. Effects of PE with different structure or quantity and different quantity of MBS on mechanical and solvent-resistant properties were studied. Result shows that PE can improve the solvent resistance of PC, but decrease mechanical properties and heat resistance of PC . Increasing quantity of MBS, solvent resistance of PC/PE is improved.
