不同稳定剂对浓缩胶乳及其硫化胶乳胶膜性能的影响

Effect of Different Stabilizers on the Properties of Concentrated Latex and Its Vulcanized Latex Film

将不同种类的稳定剂添加到浓缩胶乳(以下简称浓乳)中,并研究不同稳定剂对浓乳性能指标及其硫化浓乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:不同稳定剂保存浓乳均会引起浓乳机械稳定度、热稳定度、粘度变化,并在一定程度上影响硫化胶膜的物理机械性能。此试验为橡胶初加工生产提供参考。

Different kinds of stabilizers were added to concentrated latex (hereinafter referred to as concentrated latex), and the effects of different stabilizers on the properties of concentrated latex and the properties of vulcanized concentrated latex film were studied. The results showed that the mechanical stability, thermal stability and viscosity of concentrated emulsion changed with different stabilizers, and the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizate film were affected to a certain extent. This test provides a reference for rubber preliminary processing and production.
