摘要
采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、ε-己内酯、顺丁烯二酸酐合成了不饱和的PDMS-PCL嵌段共聚物(MSPCL),并研究了其在不饱和聚酯树脂中的应用。研究结果表明,加入5%的MSPCL20能够使不饱和聚酯树脂的表面张力从37.62mN/m降至23.33mN/m,浇铸体的对水接触角从77.9°提高至102.5°。采用MSPCL20改性的不饱和聚酯树脂制作的实体面材制品具有极低的吸水率及优异的抗污性。
In this study, unsaturated PDMS-PCL block copolymer is synthesized by hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane,ε-caprolactone and maleic anhydride, and its application in unsaturated polyester is studied. The results show that by adding 5 % MSPCL20 the surface tension of unsaturated polyester is decreased from 37.62 mN/m to 23.33 mN/m, and water contact angle of the resin cast is increased from 77.9° to 102.5°. The solid surface made from MSPCL20 modified unsaturated polyester has very low water absorption and excellent stain resistance.
