光学BOPET产线抑制纵拉蹭伤的方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用CCD膜面在线检测系统研究了合肥乐凯科技产业有限公司薄膜车间光学BOPET产线生产过程中膜面出现的划伤弊病。结果表明,膜面小分子是造成纵拉蹭伤的重要原因,采用较低的挤出机螺筒温度和纵拉预热温度可以有效地控制纵拉蹭伤恶化速度;使用含有适当粒径的SiO2母料可在满足光学BOPET性能的同时,可缓解膜面的纵拉蹭伤现象。 Under different SiO2 master chip, extruder screw cylinder temperature and MDO preheating temperature, the MDO scratch occurred during the BOPET film workshop of the Hefei Lekai Technology Industry Co., Ltd were studied by used CCD online detection system. The results showed that small molecular oligomers have great impacted on the MDO scratch. Low temperature of extruder screw cylinder temperature and MDO preheating temperature can control the deterioration pace of MDO scratch. SiO2 master chip of appropriate particle size may slow down the deterioration of MDO scratch.
