摘要 研究非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者组织中miR-497、miR-210的表达情况,探讨miR-497、miR-210的表达特点,其与非小细胞肺癌诊断、发病机制的联系。通过收集佳木斯大学附属第一医院2018年-2019年NSCLC组织标本14例,检测miR-210、miR-497的水平,12例NSCLC患者的癌旁(距离癌灶>5cm)为组织对照。结果显示,miR-210在NSCLC组织中的表达明显高于癌旁(p<0.01)、miR-497在NSCLC组织中的表达明显低于癌旁(p<0.05)、单独应用miR-210诊断NSCLC检测AUC为0.837(p<0.01)、单独应用miR-497诊断NSCLC检测AUC为0.500(p>0.05)、联合应用miR-210、miR-497诊断NSCLC检测AUC为0.714(p=0.01)。则miR-210和miR-497在NSCLC中异常表达,都可作为辅助诊断的临床肿瘤标志物,但联合的应用2种miRNA的灵敏性及特异性不如单独应用miR-210进行诊断,因此miR-210诊断价值较高。 To investigate the expression of miR-497 and miR-210 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC), and to explore the expression of miR-497 and miR-210, and to link them with the diagnosis and pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer.The levels of miR-210 and miR-497 were measured by collecting 14 cases of NSCLC tissue specimens from the First Hospital affiliated to Jiamusi University from 2018 to 2019. The cancerous side(distance from the cancerous lesion>5 cm) of 12 patients with NSCLC was a tissue control.The results showed that the expression of miR-210 in NSCLC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(p<0.01), the expression of miR-497 in NSCLC tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(p<0.05), and the use of miR-210 alone to diagnose NSCLC. The AUC was 0.837(p<0.01), the AUC was detected by miR-497 alone, the AUC was 0.500(p>0.05), the combined use of miR-210, miR-497 was used to diagnose NSCLC with an AUC of 0.714(p=0.01).The abnormal expression of miR-210 and miR-497 in NSCLC can be used as a clinical tumor marker for adjuvant diagnosis, but the sensitivity and specificity of the combined application of the two miRNAs are not as good as the diagnosis of miR-210 alone, so miR-210 has a higher diagnostic value.
