浅析龙华区发展绿色循环经济对策建议

Suggestion of Developing Green Circular Economy in Longhua District

党的十九大指出,要推进绿色发展,建立健全绿色低碳循环发展的经济体系。当前是决胜全面建成小康社会的关键之期,提高发展质量和效益、推动绿色循环低碳发展的任务更加迫切。文章根据龙华区的产业结构、政策基础、发展战略等,提出了完善与创新政策体系、构建循环型工业体系等建议。

The 19 th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that, it is necessary to promote green development and establish a economic system with green and low-carbon cycle development. The current period is the key to the successful completion of a well-off society. It is more urgent to improve the quality and efficiency of development and promote the development of green cycle and low carbon. According to the industrial structure, policy basis and development strategy of Longhua District, this paper puts forward suggestions such as perfecting and innovating policy system and constructing circular industrial system.
