基于动态可逆反应的自修复材料研究进展

摘要 自修复材料是一类解决材料损伤、延长材料使用寿命的智能材料。利用动态可逆反应制备自修复材料具有可多次修复且不影响材料机械性能的优点,是目前该领域研究热点之一。本文介绍了基于动态可逆反应自修复材料的构建机理,综述了近几年来基于Diels-Alder反应、酰腙键、双硫键等动态可逆反应的自修复材料的发展现状,并对其面向应用所存在的问题进行了简要分析。 Self-healing material, as a smart material, is used to improve the stability and prolong the service life of materials. Self-healing materials based on reversible reaction have investigated widely for the advantages such as multiple healing property, high mechanical properties et al. The mechanism of self-healing materials based on reversible reaction was introduced and self-healing materials based on Diels-Alder reaction, hydrazide bond, disulfide bond et al. were summarizedin this paper. Finally, problems that delayed the application of self-healing materials were analyzed.
