高明及周边地区减排对空气污染的影响分析

摘要 使用三维空气质量模型与情景分析的方法研究了高明及周边地区减排对空气污染的影响。总体上,通过高明工业、交通与扬尘20%的联合减排,可实现高明PM2.5下降约2%,PM10下降接近3%,但不会显著改善臭氧污染,反而还会轻微增加臭氧浓度。通过佛山其它各区工业、交通与扬尘20%的联合减排,可实现高明PM2.5下降约4.3%,PM10下降5.6%,同样会轻微增加臭氧浓度。因此,建议通过更大的减排量进行联合减排,以减轻高明的PM污染,同时,加强VOCs的控制,抵销NOx减排后带来的臭氧滴定效应减弱,并降低臭氧浓度。 Three-dimensional air quality model and scenario analysis were used to study the impact of emission reduction on air pollution in Gaoming and its surrounding areas. Overall, through the combined emission reduction of 20 % of Gaoming industry, transportation and dust, Gaoming PM2.5 could be reduced by about 2 %, and PM10 could be reduced by nearly 3 %. However, it would not significantly improve ozone pollution, but would slightly increase ozone concentration. Through the combined emission reduction of 20 % of industrial, traffic and dust in other areas of Foshan, Gaoming PM2.5 could be reduced by 4.3 % and PM10 by 5.6 %, which would also slightly increase ozone concentration. Therefore, it is suggested that greater joint emission reduction should be carried out to reduce the PM pollution. At the same time, the control of VOCs should be strengthened to offset the ozone titration effect caused by the emission reduction of NOx and reduce the ozone concentration.
