摘要
随着重庆市经济社会的发展,城镇化进程的加快,乡镇污水处理厂基本实现全覆盖,污水收集率也逐年提高,污水在很大程度上得到了有效处理。但部分乡镇污水处理厂在实际运行过程中因进水浓度偏低,不仅影响污水处理厂正常运行,还造成污水处理厂投资浪费,也没有达到预期的减排效益。以重庆市某污水处理厂为例,从污水产生-收集-处理等全过程分析,结果表明二三级管网不健全、雨污混流现象普遍、人们生活水平提高以及节水意识较差等方面为污水处理厂进水浓度偏低的主要原因,在此基础上提出了逐步完善管网、健全阶梯水费制度、广泛宣传节水理念等建议,为乡镇污水处理厂正常运行提供参考。
With the development of economy and society and the acceleration of the urbanization process in Chongqing, the township sewage treatment plants have basically achieved full coverage, and the sewage collection rate has also increased year by year. Also, sewage has been effectively treated to a large extent. However, the low water intake concentration in actual operation of some township sewage treatment plants not only affects the normal operation of sewage treatment plants, but also causes waste of investment in sewage treatment plants. And the expected emission reduction benefit is not achieved. Taking a sewage treatment plant in Chongqing as an example, the analysis of the whole process from sewage generation to collection-treatment shows that the main reasons for the low water intake concentration of sewage treatment plant are the unsound secondary and tertiary pipe networks, the widespread mixed flow of rain and pollution, the improvement of people's living standards, and the poor awareness of water saving. On this basis, the paper makes some suggestions such as gradually improving pipe network and water tariff system as well as widely publicizing the idea of saving water, so as to provide reference for the normal operation of township sewage treatment plants.
