煤气发生炉炉体夹套外筒体腐蚀减薄分析

Analysis of Corrosion and Thinning of Outer Cylinder of Gas Producer Furnace Body Jacket

在对一台煤气发生炉炉体进行全面检验时,发现炉体夹套外筒体在出渣口附近存在腐蚀减薄现象,经壁厚强度校核不满足继续使用的要求。本文对缺陷产生的原因进行分析并提出防范措施。

during the comprehensive inspection of a gas producer furnace, it was found that the outer cylinder of the jacket of the furnace body was corroded and thinned near the slag outlet, and the wall thickness and strength check did not meet the requirements for continued use. in this paper, the causes of defects are analyzed and preventive measures are put forward.
