知行合一:高校培育新时代“三有”青年的实践逻辑

摘要 高校作为立德树人工作的前沿阵地,肩负着传播和弘扬先进思想,培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的伟大使命.培育新时代“三有”青年,符合我国高校思想政治教育建设的价值向度,是当前高校推进思想政治教育工作创新发展的核心要义和实践必然.基于知行合一的角度,探讨“三有”青年培育工作的困境、实践路径,增强高校思想政治教育的凝聚力、说服力和渗透力,推动高校立德树人工作的发展. As the forefront of moral education, colleges and universities shoulder the great mission of spreading and carrying forward advanced ideas and training qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism. Cultivating the “Three Haves” youth in the new era is in line with the value dimension of the construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China, which is the core meaning and practical necessity of promoting the innovative development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present. Based on the integration of knowledge and action, this paper discusses the difficulties and practical paths of "Three Haves" youth cultivation, so as to enhance the cohesion, persuasion and penetration of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and promote the development of moral education in colleges and universities.
