某型飞机中外翼对接螺栓孔旋转枪涡流检测 被引量:2

摘要 某型飞机在经过长期服役后,中央翼和外翼对接螺栓孔内壁容易出现疲劳裂纹.为保证飞行安全,飞机大修过程中有必要对螺栓孔内壁进行无损检测.采用旋转枪涡流检测法对螺栓孔内壁进行检测工艺研究. After a long-term service, fatigue cracks are prone to occur in the inner wall of the bolt holes of the central wing and the outer wing of an aircraft. In order to ensure flight safety, it is necessary to carry out non- destructive testing on the inner wall of bolt holes during aircraft overhaul. In this paper, the eddy current testing method of rotating gun is used to detect the inner wall of bolt holes.
