摘要 为了探索团体心理辅导对提升大学生领导力的影响,同时考察性别和内外向人格因素在其中的作用.采用随机实验组控制组前后测实验设计,对实验组被试进行8次团体心理辅导,控制组不进行任何干预.结果表明:实验组被试的在领导力得分显著高于控制组,实验组被试领导力提升程度受到性别和人格因素的影响.因此,团体心理辅导能够有效提升大学生的领导力水平. In order to explore the influence of group counseling on improving the leadership of college students, and to investigate the role of gender and introverted personality factors. The design of the pre- and post-test experiment in the control group was adopted. The subjects in the experimental group were given 8 times of group counseling. The control group received no intervention. The results showed that the leadership score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the leadership improvement degree of the experimental group was affected by gender and personality 包ctors. Therefore, the group counseling can efiectively improve the level of leadership of college students.
