肿瘤患者医疗纠纷的特征、成因与对策

Characteristics,causes and countermeasures of medical disputes in cancer patients

采用实例分析的方法,对长三角地区肿瘤医院2013-2017年66例医疗损害案件进行分析,结果发现,案件较集中于苏沪两地,涉诉患者多为中老年人,多发于手术、治疗、诊断、告知环节,患者或家属索赔金额期望过高。对此应注重患者人文关怀,进一步提高医务人员技术水平,落实知情同意制度,加强医疗质量管理制度建设,加强患者及家属肿瘤知识宣传。

66 medical injury cases in cancer hospitals of the Yangtze River Delta Region from 2013 to 2017 were analyzed to understand the characteristics and causes,and the method of case analysis was adopted. We propose measures to prevent and alleviate disputes. The cases mostly occurred in Jiangsu and Shanghai. The majority of the patients involved were middle.aged and elderly. They were often involved in the process of surgery,treatment,diagnosis and notification and the patients or their families expect too much compensation. In this regard,the doctors should pay more attention to patients’humanistic care and further improve the technical level of medical staff. The hospital should implement the informed consent system,strengthen the construction of medical quality management system and strengthen cancer knowledge propaganda of patients and their families.
