高职听障生课程满意度与就业胜任力的关系 被引量:1

Relationship between Curriculum Satisfaction and Employability of Hearing-Impaired Vocational Students

摘要 为研究高职听障生对课程的满意度与其就业胜任力之间的关系,采用高职听障生课程满意度问卷和用人单位对高职听障生就业胜任力评价问卷,对随机整群抽取出的94位高职听障毕业生及其87位就业单位领导进行调查。结果发现:(1)高职听障生对课程的满意度总均分为3.325,就业胜任力总均分为3.471;(2)课程满意度与就业胜任力之间存在显著性正相关(p均<0.01);(3)教师教学、课程管理、课程设置因子均进入回归方程,其对就业胜任力具有显著预测作用。结论:(1)高职听障学生的课程满意度和就业胜任力水平较高,处于中上水平;(2)高职听障学生对课程满意度越高,其就业胜任力越高;(3)高职听障学生就业胜任力受到教师教学、课程管理和课程设置因子共同影响。 This study the satisfaction questionnaire and the employer’s evaluation questionnaire to investigate the relationship between the satisfaction of vocational college students with hearing impairment and their employability. A total of 94 hearing-impaired graduates from higher vocational colleges and 87 employers were randomly selected to participate in the survey. The results showed that:(1) the satisfaction of higher vocational students with hearing impairment was 3.325, and the total competency was 3.471;(2) a relationship existed between the curriculum satisfaction and employment competence of the hearing impaired students(p<0.01);(3) factors of teacher teaching, curriculum management, and curriculum setting all entered the regression equation, which has a significant predictive effect on employment competency. It concluded that the hearing-impaired vocational students have higher levels of curriculum satisfaction and employability at the upper-middle level, that the hearing-impaired students’ satisfaction is positively related to their employment competence, and that the employment competence is influenced by teachers’ teaching, curriculum management and setting.
