农村失独老人养老现状调查分析与建议——基于陕西农村地区的调查

Analysis and Suggestion on the Present Situation of the Old People Who Lost Their Only Child in Rural Areas——Based on a Survey of Rural Areas in Shaanxi Province

为了对农村失独老人的养老现状有全面的了解,选取陕西省50多个村镇进行调查,调查主要围绕四个方面:(1)对选定老人的基本情况进行了解并统计;(2)对选定老人的经济情况进行调查分析;(3)对老人受教育程度和劳动能力现状的调查;(4)通过对亲友和邻里的调查,侧面了解老人养老的其他问题。通过调查分析发现,农村失独老人的经济收入低,处于丧失或者半丧失劳动能力的人数较多,农村失独老人对养老很是担忧,因此建议能够创建新型养老模式,并提出创建的有关建议。本研究为政府和社会关注帮助农村失独老人提供了现实依据。

In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of supporting the elderly who lost their only child in rural areas, more than 50 villages and towns in Shaanxi Province are selected for investigation. The investigation mainly focuses on four aspects:(1) understand and make statistics on the basic conditions of selected elderly people;(2) investigate and analyze the economic situation of the selected elderly;(3) investigate the current education level and labor ability of the elderly;(4) understand other problems of the elderly through the investigation of relatives, friends and the neighborhood. Through investigation and analysis, it is found that the rural elderly who lose their only child have a low economic income and a large number of them lose or half lose their ability to work. They are very worried about old-age care. Therefore, it is suggested to create a new pension model and put forward relevant suggestions. This study provides a realistic basis for the government and society to pay attention to and help the rural elderly who lost their only child.
