Local Curriculum Innovation in Elementary and Secondary Schools:Based on the Perspective of SPOC

摘要 我国中小学乡土课程遭遇学校重视度缺乏、地方发展不平衡、课程评价存在偏差等诸多发展困境,SPOC的兴起为乡土课程开发开拓了发展空间。乡土课程与SPOC融合有其必要性与可行性,其遵循的实施原则是线上教学与线下辅导相统一、学生独立与教师辅助相统一、课程科学性与思想性相统一、评价多维化与多样化相统一,今后应采取优化课程内容、引导学习兴趣、强化师资队伍等实施策略。 The local curriculum of elementary and secondary schools in China encountered many difficulties, such as the lack of attention, the imbalance of local development, the deviation of curriculum evaluation and so on. The rise of SPOC has expended the developing space for the development of local curriculum. The integration of local curriculum and SPOC has its necessity and feasibility. It followed the principle of the unification of online teaching and under line guidance, the unification of students' independence and teachers' assistance, the unification of curriculum's scientific and ideology as well as the unification of multidimension and diversification evaluation. The course content should be optimized, the interest in learning should be aroused, the teaching staff should be strengthened and some other implementation strategies should be adopted in the future.
