协同创新视角下高校产学研合作模式的探索与实践

打造"互联网+教育"时代下校企合作的新模式,共建信息化对话平台;形成产业链、创新链和人才培养链的"三链融合"创新体系,是我国加快创新型国家建设的重要战略路径;提升大学的社会价值功能,采用协同创新的方法探讨高校产学研的育人路径,对于构建高校产学研创新机制有重要而深远的意义。要深化产教融合,为"中国制造2025"培养大国工匠型人才,助力区域经济发展;要立足高校产学研协同创新的现实困境,对比分析中外高校产学研协同创新模式,在发展战略、项目开发、平台建设、人才培养等方面结成共同体,完善产学研用联盟协同创新的运行机制,系统推进创新事业发展。

It is an important strategic path for speeding up the construction of China as an innovative country to create a new mode of school-enterprise cooperation in the era of "Internet + education", to build an information dialogue platform, and to form an innovation system of "three-chain integration" of industrial chain, innovation chain and personnel training chain. We should increase the social value of universities and discuss the talent-cultivation paths in the industry-university-research cooperation with cooperative creative methods. This is of important and far-reaching significance for the construction of innovative mechanism in the industry-university-research cooperation in universities. We should deepen the integration of the industry and universities and cultivate talents with craftsmanship for "Made in China 2025" to facilitate the regional economic development. Based on the realistic dilemma in the collaborative innovation in industry-university-research cooperation in universities, we should compare and analyze the mode of industry-university-research collaborative innovation between China and foreign countries, form a community in such fields as development strategy, project development, platform construction and personnel training, and improve the operational mechanism of collaborative innovation of industry-university-research alliance to systematically promote the development of innovation.
