摘要
某控制器产品依据GB9254-2008进行辐射骚扰测试时,测试结果不符合B级限值要求。排查发现网口芯片三个输出管脚的辐射效应导致了控制器的辐射骚扰超标。通过采用EPLD隔离ACT和LINK输出信号,同时改变时钟电路匹配电阻的整改措施,综合解决了控制器的辐射骚扰超标问题。
When a controller product is tested for the radiated emission based on GB 9254-2008, the test results do not meet the B-level limit requirements. It is found that the radiation effect of the three output pins of the network port chip leads to the failure of controller radiated emission test. By using EPLD to isolate the output signals of ACT and LINK and changing the matching resistance of the clock circuit, the problem of radiated emission exceeding the standard of the controller is comprehensively solved.
