高校知识产权信息服务中心建设研究——以合肥工业大学为例

Research on the Construction of Intellectual Property Information Service Center in Universities: Taking Hefei University of Technology as an Example

从响应国家知识产权战略目标、满足高校知识产权信息服务发展要求角度论述了建立高校知识产权信息服务中心的必要性,结合合肥工业大学创建国家知识产权信息服务中心的优势和面临的具体困难这一案例,提出了解决高校知识产权信息服务问题的工作思路:成立学校知识产权信息服务中心;加强对中心服务团队的建设;加强对外联系与合作;购买专利分析工具,搭建知识产权信息服务平台。

This paper discusses the necessity of establishing intellectual property information service center in universities from the perspectives of responding to the national strategic goal of intellectual property and meeting the requirements for the development of intellectual property information service in universities. In view of the advantages of establishing the national intellectual property information service center in Hefei University of Technology and the difficulties in this respect, the paper puts forward the measures to solve the problems in the intellectual property information service in universities: establishing intellectual property information service center in universities;strengthening the construction of service team;enhancing the external contacts and cooperation;purchasing patent analysis tools and building intellectual property information service platform.
