摘要
介绍了在水钢Φ40mm HR B500E高强度抗震钢筋的成分设计及生产工艺,根据V、Ti、Nb合金元素的强化机理,做了VFe、VN、V-Nb、V-Ti的强化对比试验,通过对比分析钢筋的微观组织和性能,选择了合适的强化方案,达到了批量生产的能力。
The composition design and production process of Φ40 mm HRH500E high strength aseismatic rebar are introduced in this article. In the light of strengthening mechanism of vanadium and titanium and niobium in steel, comparative strengthening experiments of VFe, VN, V-Nb, V-Ti are done. A suitable strengthening measure is chosen by comparative analyzing microstructure and performance of the rebar. Quantity production of the rebar is realized.
