摘要
针对四辊破碎机辊子磨损后更换、修复过程中存在的问题,通过对四辊破碎机辊子的在线堆焊,杜绝了更换过程中的安全隐患,降低了维修强度,达到了改造目的。
In view of the problems existing in the process of replacement and repair of four-roll crusher rolls after wear and tear, through online surfacing of four-roll crusher rolls, the hidden safety hazards in the process of replacement are eliminated, the maintenance strength is reduced, and the purpose of transformation is achieved.
