舌淀粉样变性1例报告并文献复习

Amyloidosis of tongue: a case report and literature review

目的探讨舌淀粉样变性(Amyloidosis)的患者临床诊断与及治疗.方法对2018年新疆医科大学颌面肿瘤外科收治的一例舌软组织淀粉样变性患者的诊疗经过回顾分析并进行该疾病相关文献复习.结果 1例老年男性患者因舌渐僵硬234就诊,行系列相关检查确诊为"舌淀粉样变性".后予以患者病变区粘膜多点注射糖皮质激素多点注射治疗.结论淀粉样变性是由蛋白质的异常折叠和细胞外沉积所引起的一系列疾病.发病率低,其发病机制目前不清.病理学诊断为诊断金标准,治疗效果尚不确切.

Objectives To investigate the clinical diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of patients with tongue amyloidosis.Methods A case report of a patient with tongue tissue amyloidosis admitted to the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery in Xinjiang Medical University in 2018 was retrospectively analyzed and reviewed for related diseases.Results An elderly male patient with tongue stiffness was associated with eating and speech,at the same time,the examinations were executed in parallel,the pathological diagnosis was amyloidosis crucially.The patient's lesion area of the mucosa was injected with glucocorticoids to assist treatment after the diagnosis.Conclusions Amyloidosis is a series of diseases caused by abnormal folding and extracellular deposition of proteins.The incidence is rare,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.The diagnosis must be based on pathological diagnosis,and the treatment effect is not yet clear.
