Screening and nursing cooperation of congenital hypothyroidism

目的研究先天性甲状腺功能低下症的筛查及护理配合方法.方法我院2018年4月~2019年2月期间进行先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查的新生儿400例,随机分为对照组和试验组各200例.对照组使用常规护理,试验组实施针对性护理,比较两组不良事件发生情况.结果试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05).结论针对性护理在先天性甲状腺功能低下症筛查中的应用效果较好,能有效降低筛查时的不良事件,确保筛查顺利完成,临床价值较高.

Objective To study the methods of screening and nursing cooperation for congenital hypothyroidism.Methods 400 newborns screened for congenital hypothyroidism in our hospital from April 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the experimental group was given targeted nursing.The occurrence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of targeted nursing in screening congenital hypothyroidism is better,which can effectively reduce adverse events during screening,ensure the successful completion of screening,and has high clinical value.
