肋片式石蜡蓄热研究

摘要 文章通过在光滑圆管上加入肋片用来增强空气与石蜡之间的传热效果,通过建立数值传热模型并对于不同肋间距、不同肋片高度的蓄热风管进行传热效果的对比,结果表明,在空气进口速度0.5m/s,初始进口温度为333K,随着蓄热时间的变化调整进口温度的变化条件下,肋间距150mm的整体传热效果最好;石蜡的熔化体积随着时间以及进口温度的增加而上升,但熔化速率逐渐下降;肋片高度为2.5mm时相较于其它四种肋高的综合传热效果好;石蜡蓄热体放热前6小时空气平均得热量约为48.44W,后4小时得热量约为46.86W. In this paper, fins are added to smooth circular tubes to enhance the heat transfer effect between air and paraffin. The numerical heat transfer model is established and the heat transfer effect of regenerative ducts with different fin spacing and fin height is compared. The results show that the initial inlet temperature is 333K and the inlet temperature is adjusted with the change of heat storage time when the inlet velocity is 0.5m/s. The overall heat transfer effect of 150 mm rib spacing is the best;the melting volume of paraffin increases with the increase of time and inlet temperature, but the melting rate decreases gradually;when the rib height is 2.5 mm, the comprehensive heat transfer effect is better than that of other four rib heights;the air average heat gain of paraffin regenerator is about 48.44 W in the former six hours heat release, and 46.86 W in the later four hours.
