摘要
通过一家高科技公司为满足人力资源管理而进行的系统开发实践发现,传统人力资源计算机管理系统的一些局限性承待突破,在对于人才竞争日益激烈。新理念新技术不断涌现的今天,员工职业生涯计算机管理系统将更有可能帮助企业实现有效的人力资源管理。
Through the system development practice of a high-tech company to meet human resources management, it is found that some limitations of traditional human resources computer management system need to be broken through. With the increasingly fierce competition for talents and the emergence of new concepts and technologies, employee career computer management system will be more likely to help enterprises achieve effective human resources management.
