摘要
提出以开展变电检修问题为基础的诊断分析,通过构建四个制度,提升变电检修精益化管理水平。对多元化体制进行精益化的管理就是采取有效的方法来增强内部管理。
In this paper, the diagnosis and analysis based on the development of substation maintenance problems is proposed. Through the construction of four systems, the level of lean management of substation maintenance is improved. Lean management of diversified system is to take effective measures to strengthen internal management.
