小儿厌食症护理中调运枢纽推拿术的应用研究

Research on application of manipulations for regulating pivot in nursing of pediatric anorexia

目的研究小儿厌食症护理中调运枢纽推拿术的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年11月~2018年2月收治的98例小儿厌食症患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各49例。两组患者均接受常规护理,对照组给予捏脊疗法治疗,试验组给予调运枢纽推拿术治疗。治疗1个月后观察治疗效果,包括治疗总有效率、复发率、中医症候评分、生活质量评分、自我管理能力及自我护理能力评分变化。结果试验组治疗总有效率95.92%,对照组治疗总有效率71.43%,试验组复发率2.04%,对照组复发率26.53%,试验组中医症候评评分、生活质量评分、自我管理能力及自我护理能力评分与对照组相比要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿厌食症护理中调运枢纽推拿术的应用效果显著,可减少复发率,并提高其自我管理、自我护理能力及生活质量,具有较高临床推广价值。

Objective To study the application effect of manipulations for regulating pivot in nursing of pediatric anorexia. Methods 98 children with anorexia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to February 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 49 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were all given routine nursing.The control group was given chiropractic treatment while the experimental group was given manipulations for regulating pivot.The curative effects were observed after one month of treatment,including the total effective rate of treatment,recurrence rate,TCM symptom score,quality of life score,self-management ability and self-nursing ability score. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.92% and that of the control group was 71.43%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 2.04% and that of the control group was 26.53%.The TCM symptom score,quality of life score,selfmanagement ability and self-nursing ability score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.The comparison was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of manipulations for regulating pivot in nursing of pediatric anorexia has significant application effect,which can reduce the recurrence rate and improve their self-management ability,self-nursing ability and quality of life.It has higher clinical promotion value.
