蜂房外用在外阴硬化性苔藓治疗中的应用研究分析

Analysis of the application of external use of hives in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosis

目的探讨蜂房外用在外阴硬化性苔藓治疗中的应用。方法65例外阴白色病变患者随机分成治疗组(35例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予蜂房焙黄研末猪油调涂,对照组给予复方丙酸睾丸酮膏油外涂。结果治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组治疗总有效率(73.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组皮损面积、白斑、瘙痒程度评分为(2.9±1.2)cm2、(1.7±1.2)分、(1.3±0.6)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂房外用治疗外阴硬化性苔癣可明显患者症状,效果显著。

Objective To explore the application of external use of hive in the treatment of vulvar sclerosing lichen. Methods Sixty-five patients with pudendal and white lesions were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was treated with beehive roasted yellow grind lard and the control group was treated with compound testosterone propionate ointment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.3%, and which higher than that of the control group (73.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the scores of lesion area, leukoplakia and pruritus in the treatment group were (2.9±1.2) cm2,(1.7±1.2) score and (1.3±0.6) score respectively, which were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion External use of hives in the treatment of vulvar lichen sclerosus can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with significant effect.
