磷酸肌酸钠联合黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床效果探究

Clinical effect of Creatine Phosphate combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法对我院2016年4月~2018年4月收治的80例小儿病毒性心肌炎患儿进行回顾性分析,根据用药方式不同分为研究组(n=40)以及对照组(n=40)。对照组采取常规抗病毒治疗,研究组在此基础上采取磷酸肌酸钠联合黄芪注射液治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果研究组总有效率(97.50%)较对照组(80.00%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者CK-MB、CK以及cTnI水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗,两组患者CK-MB、CK以及cTnⅠ水平均存在一定程度下降,但对照组水平要高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠联合黄芪注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎临床效果较优,可改善患儿心肌酶谱以及肌钙蛋白情况。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children. Methods The clinical data of eighty children with viral myocarditis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with routine antiviral therapy,while the research group was treated with creatine phosphate and Astragalus Injection on the basis of routine antiviral therapy.The therapeutic effect of two groups of children was compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CK-MB,CK and cTnI levels between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK-MB,CK and cTn I in both groups decreased to a certain extent,but the levels of CK-MB,CK and cTn I in the control group were higher than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium combined with Astragalus injection has better clinical effect in treating viral myocarditis in children,which can improve the myocardial enzymogram and troponin status of children.
