呼吸科危重症患者护理中应用护理风险管理的效果分析

Analysis on the of nursing risk management in the nursing of critically ill patients in the respiratory department

目的探究呼吸科危重症患者护理中应用护理风险管理的效果。方法将2016年10月~2018年10月的112例呼吸科危重症患者采用随机数字表法平均分为实验组与对照组,并分别采用护理风险管理和常规护理干预方式进行干预,比较临床护理效果。结果实验组患者的满意度为98.21%,对照组为83.93%,实验组出现非计划性拔管发生率、风险事件发生率、护患纠纷发生率均显著低于对照组,实验组患者的焦虑感和抑郁感均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸科危重症患者进行护理的过程中,采用护理风险管理方式,能够合理规避护理过程中存在的风险,减少护患纠纷发生的可能性,缓解患者不良心理状态,护理效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the nursing of critically ill patients in respiratory department. Methods 112 critically ill patients in the respiratory department from October 2016 to October 2018 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table.They were respectively given nursing risk management and routine nursing intervention.Effects of clinical nursing were judged. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.21% and that of the control group was 83.93%.The incidence of unplanned extubation,risk events and nurse-patient disputes in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The anxiety and depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing for critically ill patients in the respiratory department,nursing risk management can reasonably avoid the risks existing in the nursing process,reduce the possibility of nurse-patient disputes,alleviate bad psychological states of patients.The nursing effect is significant.
